Abstract:

V práci byla připravena nová glykolurilová sloučenina – trimer chráněný z obou stran propylenovými skupinami. Následně byla otestována její schopnost chovat se jako supramolekulární hostitelská molekula jak v roztoku tak v pevném stavu. Bylo zjištěno, že tento trimer nevytváří host-hostitelský komplex s žádnými zkoušenými hosty, jak alifatickým tak i aromatickými. Podrobně byly studovány supramolekulární interakce glykolurilového trimeru s xylylenovými rameny. Pro komplexy s hostem paraquat, bispyridylethylen a adamantanový derivát s trimerem chráněným z obou stran xylylenovými „rameny“ byly stanoveny asociační konstanty a poměr host:hostitel v roztoku i v krystalu. Byly zkoumány rovněž interakce xylylenem terminovaného trimeru s hosty obsahující dvě paraquatové nebo bispyridylethylenové jednotky. Na závěr byla testována příprava komplexů, v kterých je na host navázán vedle trimeru i makrocyklus CB[6].

Abstract:

In this work, a new glycoluril compound was prepared – a trimer that is protected on both sides by propylene groups.The prepared trimer was tested in the role of a supramolecular host molecule in a solution, as well as in a solid state. It was found out that this trimer does not create host-guest complex with any of the tried guests, neither alifatic nor aromatic. The supramolecular interactions of the glycoluril trimer that is protected on both sides by xylylene groups were studied in detail. For its complexes with paraquat, bispyridylethylene and adamantane derivate the association constants and host-guest ratio in solution, as well as in solid state, were determined. The interactions of glycoluril trimer that is protected on both sides by xylylene groups with guests involving two paraquat or bispyridylethylene units were examined as well. At the end, the preparation of the complexes in which guest binds not only the trimer but the CB[6] macrocycle as well was tested.
