Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá syntézou cytokininových derivátů, přípravou a charakterizací transportního nosiče. Hlavním zaměřením práce bylo funkcionalizovat nosiče vhodnými cytokininovými deriváty, zjistit navázané množství a následně provést biologické měření na buňkách. V teoretické části jsou shrnuty informace o cytokininech a jejich účincích na živočišné buňky, dále rozdělení nanomateriálů a jejich vlastnosti. Praktická část byla orientována na popis syntézy derivátů, přípravu nanočástic a jejich charakterizací s výsledným biologickým testováním.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis concentrate on the synthesis of cytokinin derivatives, preparation and characterization of the transport carrier. The main focus of work was to functionalize the carriers with suitable cytokinin derivatives, determine the amount bound and then perform biological measurements on the cells. The theoretical part summarizes information about cytokinins and their effects on animal cells, the distribution of nanomaterials and their properties. The practical part was focused on the description of the synthesis of derivatives, preparation of nanoparticles and their characterization with the biological testing.
