Bakalářská práce byla vypracována v letech 2016 – 2018 na Ústavu posklizňové technologie zahradnických produktů, na Zahradnické fakultě v Lednici Mendelovy univerzity v Brně. Práce popisuje technologii výroby a jakostní parametry vybraných destilátů z neovocných surovin. Zaměřuje se též na legislativní omezení při produkci těchto lihovin. Bachelor’s thesis was produced in years 2016 – 2018 at the Institute of postharvest technology of horticulture, Horticultural Faculty in Lednice of Mendel university in Brno. Thesis describes production technology and quality parameters of selected spirits from non-food materials. It also focuses on legislative restrictions in production of these spirits.
