Abstract:
Tato práce se zabývá stanovením účinnosti fágového přípravku Stafal na Staphylococcus aureus jako možné léčby stafylokokových infekcí. Zájem o fágovou terapii v poslední době zesílil díky narůstající rezistenci bakterií k antibiotikům (MRSA, MLSB). Účinnost léčiva byla provedena metodou dvouvrstevného agaru, kdy bylo prakticky otestováno 220 kmenů S. aureus pocházející z Mikrobiologického ústavu LF …more

This thesis deals with the determination of the effectiveness of phage preparation Stafal on Staphylococcus aureus as a possible treatment for Staphylococcal infections. Lately, an interest in phage therapy has been increasing due to the growing resistance of bacteria to antibiotics (MRSA, MLSB).
