Tato diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou ochrany zvířat proti týrání z hlediska trestního práva. Práce je rozdělena do sedmi kapitol, z toho je pět kapitol hlavních. Začínám kapitolou, ve které rozebírám jednotlivé pojmy. Navazuji další kapitolou, v níž analyzuji platnou právní úpravu. Abstract:
This thesis deals with the issue of protection of animals against cruelty in terms of criminal law. The thesis is divided into seven chapters, of which five are the main chapters. I start with a chapter in which I analyze individual terms. This is followed by next chapter in which I analyze the current legislation.
