Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na důležitost vedení a motivace obchodní pracovní skupiny. Začíná se charakteristikou pojmů, jako je obchodní skupina, motivace, řízení. Je třeba zmínit důležitost použití motivace a určitého stylu vedení řídícím pracovníkem v obchodní pracovní skupině. Die Bachelorarbeit wird auf die Wichtigkeit der Leitung und Motivation der Handelsarbeitsgruppe orientiert. Sie beginnt mit der Charakteristik der Begriffe wie Handelsgruppe, Motivation, Führung.
