V této práci je provedeno zhodnocení platné právní úpravy trestního řízení ve věcech mládeže, respektive jeho první části, tedy přípravného řízení, a to zejména z pohledu policejního orgánu, který se zpravidla setkává s protiprávním jednáním mladistvého jako první a je tedy třeba jeho dostatečně znalosti dané problematiky. The Bachelor´s Theses is to define and analyse the positive legal regulations of juvenile criminal procedures. The Theses focuses on the forepart process concerning the preliminary procedures from the perspective of the police autority.
