Tato diplomová práce se zabývá rozsahem soudního přezkumu v rejstříkovém řízení. Dokazování v rejstříkovém řízení je již od roku 2005 založeno na tzv. registračním principu, což je zcela zásadní pojem pro rozhodování rejstříkových soudů. This thesis deals with the level of evidence in business register proceedings. Evidence in register proceedings has been based on the so-called registration principle since 2005, which is a fundamental concept for decisions of business register courts.
