Control unit for roller dynamometer

Abstract:

Cílem diplomové práce je navrhnout a prakticky zrealizovat novou řídicí jednotku pro válcový dynamometr a s tím související modifikace stávajícího softwaru na nově vytvořený hardware. Práce se nejprve zabývá popisem stávajícího řízení, na jehož základě jsou formulovány požadavky, které musí nově vzniklá řídicí jednotka splňovat a jsou doplněny o nové nároky na vstupy a výstupy a komunikační rozhraní. Na základě těchto požadavků je proveden schematický návrh zapojení jednotlivých částí jednotky a poté navržení desky plošných spojů. V poslední části se práce zabývá úpravou softwaru na novou architekturu jednotky a odzkoušením.

Abstract:

The aim of this thesis is to suggest and practically realize the new control unit for a roller dynamometer and related modifications of current software to a new created hardware. The thesis firstly deals with the description of current device upon which are based the requirements, which the newly created driving unit has to fulfill, and are supplied by the new requirements on inputs and outputs of the communication interface. The scheme of connection of individual parts of the unit and the design of the printed circuit board is made based upon these requirements. The last part of the thesis deals with the software modification to a new architecture of the unit and with it?s testing.
