Bakalářská práce „Psychická a fyzická příprava z pohledu interpreta“ popisuje metody k fyzické a psychické přípravě v podobě technik z knižních zdrojů a cviků. Dále jsou jednotlivé metody zkoumány a propojovány v jeden celek, s názorným popisem, jak tyto metody a cviky začleňovat do každodenního života interpreta.
