Předmětem bakalářské práce je právní postavení účastníků řízení o pozemkových úpravách. Jde tedy o rozbor pojmu pozemkové úpravy, pojmu účastníci řízení, specifikaci jednotlivých typů pozemkových úprav a jednotlivých skupin účastníků řízení o pozemkových úpravách. The object of work is the legal status of participants in the management of land adjustments. It is therefore the analysis of the concept of land regulation, the concept of the parties, the specification of each type of land consolidation and individual groups of participants in the proceedings of land adjustments.
