Analysis of lenguage of law
Abstract:
The work discusses the Spanish language of law. The work is divided into two parts: theoretical part and practical part. The aim of the first part is to charakterize the special and technical language and to describe the language of law from the morphological, syntactical and lexical point of view. The practical part is based on the analysis of part of the Spanish Civil Code.
Abstract:
Tato práce se zabývá španělským právnickým jazykem a jeho rysy. V teoretické části se nejdříve zaměřuje na pojem speciální jazyky a tzv. technický jazyk a snaží se definovat jejich základní znaky. Do práce je také zařazena kapitola o slovotvorbě a kapitola objasňující pojem právo. Stěžejní částí je kapitola pojednávající o právnickém jazyce, kde se charakterizuje tento speciální jazyk z různých hledisek …more
