Abstract:
Tématem této diplomové práce je pandí diplomacie ve světle ochrany pandy velké jako zranitelného živočišného druhu. Cílem je jednak na základě analýzy mezinárodní, evropské a čínské právní úpravy vymezit právní prostředky ochrany pandy velké, a to včetně ochrany pand v místě jejich přirozeného výskytu. The topic of this thesis is Panda diplomacy in the light of conservation of the giant panda as a vulnerable species. Firstly, the aim is to define the legal means of protecting the giant panda, including the protection of pandas in their natural habitat, based on an analysis of international, European and Chinese legislation.
