V této diplomové práci jsou popsány a vyhodnoceny výsledky vyšetření neplodných párů, které bylo provedeno na Oddělení lékařské genetiky FN Brno od ledna 2005 do prosince 2006. Všem osobám byl stanoven karyotyp a podle klinického stavu a rodinné anamnézy byly zvoleny další analýzy jako jsou detekce mutací genu CFTR, mikrodelecí na chromosomu Y, trombofilních mutací a získaných chromosomových aberací …more
Abstract:
In this diploma thesis are summarized findings of screening of infertile couples in OLG FN Brno between January 2005 and December 2006. Every person had its karyotype examined as a basic test. The choice of following procedures was based on the clinical state of the patient and his/her family anamnesis.
