Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na zájmovou samosprávu v České republice. Cílem práce je podat ucelený pohled především na profesní samosprávu, její přínos a aktuální problémy s jejich možným řešením do budoucna. Blíže je popsána Česká advokátní komora.
Abstract:
This bachelor thesis focuses to self-governance in the Czech Republic. The aim of the bachelor work is to give comprehensive view primarily of the the professional self-governance, its contribution and current problems with their possible solutions in the future. The Czech Bar Chamber is described in more detail.
