This bachelor thesis deals with crimes committed for racial, national, religious and other hateful motives. The theoretical part introduces the basic concepts, describes the Hate crime issue in detail, describes the historical context regarding the development of the crime, characterizes selected crimes within the issue and presents selected legislation on hate crimes and crimes against humanity.
