The Project of Extension of Social Services in the Organization Letokruhy o.p.s.

Abstract:

Hlavním cílem diplomové práce je rozšíření sociálních sluţeb v organizaci Letokruhy, o.p.s. První kapitola teoretické části je věnována podnikatelskému plánu. Zde je popsána jeho charakteristika a struktura. Podnikatelský plán se vytváří jak při zakládání firmy, tak při jejím rozšíření. Následující kapitola pojednává o neziskových organizacích a moţnostech financování. Třetí kapitola je nejrozsáhlejší, jsou zde popsány sociální sluţby, rozdělení a druhy. Následuje kapitola o terénních pečovatelských sluţbách a analýze prostředí organizace. Začátek praktické části je věnován charakteristice dané organizace. Poté jsou aplikovány jednotlivé analýzy do praxe SLEPT analýza, 7P marketingového mixu, model 7S McKinley a SWOT analýza. Na základě těchto analýz je v poslední části diplomové práce vypracován projekt na rozšíření sociálních sluţeb dané organizace. Tuto část uzavírají analýzy časová, nákladová a riziková.

Abstract:

The main goal of the diploma thesis is the expansion of social services in the institution Letokruhy, Inc. The first chapter of theoretical part is devoted to the business plan where is described its characterics and structure. The business plan is drawn up when a company is establishing and expanding. The next chapter deals with non-profit institution and funding possibilities. The third chapter is the most extensive, there are described social services divisions and types. The following chapter is about field care services where it analyses the institution's enviroment. The beginning of the practical part is devoted to Letokruhy, Inc. Then the particular analyses are put in place: SLEPT analysis, 7P marketing mix, 7S McKinley model and SWOT analysis. Based on these analyses is elaborated a project for expanding the social services of this institution. This part concludes time, cost and risk analyses.
