Tématem rigorózní práce je využití rámcové dohody a dynamického nákupního systému v centralizovaném zadávání. Cílem práce je analyzovat fungování těchto nástrojů a identifikovat jejich výhody i nevýhody, a to jak z právního tak i ekonomického pohledu. The theme of this rigorosum thesis is the application of a framework agreement and a dynamic purchasing system in centralised procurement. The aim of the thesis is to analyze the functioning of these instruments and to identify their advantages and disadvantages, both from a legal and economic point of view.
