Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na problematiku pohledávek v insolvenčním řízení. Hlavním cílem je analýza typu pohledávek, které lze uspokojit v rámci insolvenčního řízení. V teoretické části jsou popsány základní pojmy související s pohledávkami a insolvence podle právní úpravy. V praktické části je popsán průběh insolvenčního řízení z pohledu věřitele. The thesis is focused on the issue of claims in insolvency proceedings. The main objective is to analyze the type of claims that can be met within the insolvency proceedings. The theoretical part describes the basic concepts associated with claims according to insolvency legislation. The practical part describes the creditor process of insolvency proceedings.
