Analysis of the effects on dairy yield of dairy Czech Fleckvieh-Simmental Cattle in the conditions of particular breeding

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou vlivů působících na mléčnou užitkovost dojnic českého strakatého skotu v podmínkách konkrétního chovu. Bylo charakterizováno plemeno českého strakatého skotu a byl zhodnocen vliv teploty, pořadí a stádia laktace na dojivost. Literární přehled obsahuje historii a standard českého strakatého plemene. Podrobně byla popsána i mléčná užitkovost a vlivy, které na mléčnou užitkovost působí.Praktická část obsahuje charakteristiku konkrétního zemědělského podniku, nacházejícího se v Jihočeském kraji, kde sledování probíhalo. Byly zhodnoceny výsledky průměrných denních teplot z meteorologické stanice Studená poskytnuté EGÚ Brno a výsledky z kontroly užitkovosti. Z výsledků je patrné, že průměrná denní teplota má značný vliv na výši mléčné užitkovosti, stejně tak jako pořadí a stádium laktace. V letních měsících byla produkce mléka vyšší, ale obsah mléčných složek klesal. Krávy nadojily v prvních sto dnech laktace nejvíce mléka. Dále bylo zjištěno, že s pořadím laktace užitkovost narůstá.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis is focused on the analysis of the effects on dairy yield of dairy cattle in the conditions of particular breeding. The aim of this bachelor thesis was to characterize the Czech Fleckvieh-Simmental breed and to evaluate the influence of temperature, order and stage of lactation on milking. The literary overview includes the history and the standard of the Czech Fleckvieh-Simmental breed, the milk performance and effects on milk performance have been described in detail. The practical part contains the characteristic of a particular agricultural enterprise located in the South Bohemian Region, where the measurements took place. The results of the average daily temperatures from the weather station near Studená town (provided by the EGÚ Brno company) and the results from performance monitoring were compared. The results show that the average daily temperature has a significant effect on the milk yield, as well as the order and stage of lactation. Milk production was higher, but the milk content decreased in summer. Most milk was obtained in the first 100 days of lactation. Furthermore, it has been found that yields are increasing with the lactation order.
