Abstract:
Téma bakalářské práce je věnováno problematice restitucí zemědělských pozemků v režimu zákona o půdě s důrazem na proces vydávání náhrad za nevydané zemědělské pozemky, provedení jeho analýzy s cílem zhodnotit jeho klady a zápory.
Abstract:
The topic of the thesis is dedicated to the issues of restitution of agricultural land under the Land Act, with emphasis on the process of issuing refunds for unreleased agricultural land, and analysing it with the aim to assess its pros and cons.
