Analysis of transfers in the state administration unit

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá analýzou čerpání transferů u vybrané organizační složky státu. Teoretická část práce z obecného pohledu charakterizuje transfer a organizační složky státu. Dále je práce zaměřena na dotace, které jsou jedním z možných pojetí transferu. Na konkrétním příkladu realizovaného projektu je provedena analýza čerpání dotací a jejich zobrazení v rozpočtu a účetnictví vybrané organizační složky státu. Na základě provedené analýzy jsou shrnuty poznatky a popsány největší problémy při čerpání dotací v této organizaci.

Abstract:

This thesis is focused on the analysis of the drawing of the transfers in the selected state administration unit. The theoretical part of this thesis defines the transfer and the state administration unit from a general point of view. This work deals further with subsidies, which are one of the possible conception of the transfer. The analysis of the drawing of subsidies and its display in the budget and in the accounts of the selected state administration unit is performed on the specific example of completed project. The summary of findings and the biggest problems when drawing subsidies in the selected organization are described on the basis of the above mentioned analysis.
