Problem of hospitalization of childern with accompaniment

Abstract:

Cílem této práce bylo zjistit, jaké jsou zkušenosti zdravotníku, rodičů a dětí s hospitalizaci dítěte s doprovodem blízké osoby. Výzkumné šetření bylo uskutečněno metodou kvalitativního výzkumu. Pro získání výzkumného souboru byla použita metoda záměrného, prostého výběru respondentů. Výzkumný soubor byl tvořen 18 sestrami, pracujícími na dětských odděleních, 31 rodiči hospitalizovaných dětí a 25 hospitalizovanými dětmi. Sběr dat byl uskutečněn metodou nestrukturovaného rozhovoru s následným přepisem dat a jeho vyhodnocováním. Z pohledu sester je hlavním přínosem, hospitalizace dítěte s rodičem, to že je dítě ve stálém kontaktu s blízkou osobou a není vystaveno psychické zátěži z odloučení. Rodiče jsou mu oporou a jsou schopni o dítě pečovat podle jeho domácích návyků. Uvádějí, že zajištění základní péče o dítě rodičem je z jejich strany vnímána jako určité ulehčení práce. Zmiňují, ale i negativa, jako je nedodržování nemocničního režimu a dietních opatření. Rodiče zmiňují, že jako největší pozitivum vnímají to, že mohou být stále se svým dítětem a dítě není osamocené a nestrádá. Dále také jsou schopni zajistit péči o základní potřeby dítěte, díky niž mají pocit sebeuplatnění a určité pomoci. O větších negativech se ve svých výpovědích nezmiňují. Z výpovědí dětských respondentů usuzujeme, že hospitalizaci společně s doprovodem vnímají pouze pozitivně. Uvádějí, že díky přítomnosti rodiče pociťují větší pocit bezpečí a jistoty. Dále také nejsou vystaveny negativům hospitalizace, jako je smutek, plačtivost, hospitalizmus, stejně jako děti které jsou hospitalizovány samotné.

Abstract:

The aim of this study was to determine what is the experience of health professionals, parents and children to hospitalization of the child, accompanied by a loved one. The survey was carried out by qualitative research. To obtain a set of research Metod was used to deliberate, simple selection of respondents. The research sample consisted of 18 nurses working in pediatric wards, 31 parents of hospitalized children and 25 hospitalized children. Data collection was carried out using unstructured interview with subsequent transcription of data and its evaluation. A major benefit of hospitalization of a child with a parent from nurses point of view is that the child is in constant contact with close person and not exposed to mental stress of separation. Its parents are supportive and are able to care for the child according to its domestic habits. They argue that providing basic care for the child?s parents is perceived as a relief work on their part. They also mention the negatives, such as non-hospital regime and diet. Parents mentioned that perceive as the biggest positive is that they can still be with their child and the child is not isolated and suffering as well. They also are able to provide care for the child?s basic needs that make sense to self-assertion and some help. They don?t mention any other major negatives in their testimony. From the testimony of child respondents conclude that hospitalization with accompaniment, they perceive only positively. They state that due to the presence of parents feel a greater sense of safety and security. They also are not exposed of disadvantages of hospitalization, such as sadness, tearfulness, hospitalizmus, as well as children who are hospitalized themselves.
