Cílem této diplomové práce je vytvoření návrhu konceptu Balanced Scorecard pro implementaci ve městě Mikulov. Teoretická část práce je zaměřena na zpracování pojmů z oblasti hospodaření obce, zejména pak na příjmy a výdaje rozpočtu. Abstract:
The aim of this thesis is to create a design concept for the implementation of the Balanced Scorecard in Mikulov town. The theoretical part focuses on the processing concepts of the municipality economy, especially on the revenue and expenditure of budget.
