Abstract:

The topic of diploma theses is about the tea offer in Czech Republic. The main goal of the thesis is to identify the tea offer especially within retail chains, restaurants, specialized tea shops and tea houses. A partial goal is to identify consumers' preferences in the Czech Republic. The qualitative and quantitative research is used in the diploma thesis. The research is divided into three parts. The first part is focused on identifying the offer of retail chains, restaurants, specialized tea shops and tea houses. The second part of the research is devoted to the attitudes and preferences of consumers and the third part is focused on the attitudes of main representatives of the Czech tea culture. In the thesis, there are used methods of analysis, questionnaire, structured interviews and methods of comparison. The results of the research showed differences in supply within retail chains, restaurants, specialized tea shops and tea houses and pointed out certain shortcomings and weaknesses in the offer. On the other hand, the positive elements, not only of the offer of the teas but also of the attitudes of consumers and activity of main representatives of Czech tea culture are highlighted. In the end of the thesis, there are some suggestions for improving the weaknesses of the tea offers and proposals that can positively affect tea culture in Czech Republic.

Abstract:

Téma diplomovej práce je ponuka čajov v Českej republike. Hlavným cieľom práce je identifikácia ponuky čajov v rámci obchodných reťazcov, reštaurácií, špecializovaných čajových obchodov a čajovní. Čiastočným cieľom je identifikácia preferencií konzumentov v Českej republike. Pre naplnenie cieľov je využívaný kvalitatívny a kvantitatívny výskum. Výskum je rozdelený do troch častí. Prvá časť je zameraná na identifikáciu ponuky obchodných reťazcov, reštaurácií, špecializovaných čajových obchodov a čajovní. Druhá časť výskumu je venovaná postojom a preferenciám konzumentov a tretia časť je zameraná na postoje reprezentantov českej čajovej kultúry. Využívané sú metódy analýzy webových stránok, metódy dopytovania pomocou dotazníka, štruktúrované vedené rozhovory a metódy komparácie. Výsledky výskumu ukázali odlišnosti v ponuke v rámci obchodných reťazcov, reštaurácií, špecializovaných čajových obchodov a čajovní a poukázali na určité nedostatky a slabé miesta v ponuke na základe ktorých sú navrhnuté odporúčania pre zlepšenie ponuky vyššie spomínaných zariadení. Na druhej strane, sú vyzdvihnuté kladné vlastnosti nielen ponuky čajov ale aj postojov konzumentov a činnosť reprezentantov českej čajovej scény. V rámci návrhovej časti sú takisto ponúknuté návrhy pre zlepšenia návštevností čajovní a návrhy ktoré môžu kladne ovplyvniť českú čajovú kultúru.
