Předmětem této bakalářské práce je srovnání české a německé právní úpravy skutkové podstaty vyvolání nebezpečí záměny. Práce je rozdělena do čtyř kapitol. Abstract:
The subject of this bachelor thesis is the analysis and comparison of passing off in czech and german law system. The thesis consists of four chapters. The aim of this bachelor thesis is to compare the institute of passing off in czech and german law and to make and to make and excursion to these legal forms. On the basis of this analysis is demonstrated how their are different and similar.
