Abstract:
Smyslem této bakalářské práce je popsat postup při uzavírání obchodních smluv. Práce vysvětluje pojem obchodní smlouva a vymezuje právní úpravu, která se na její uzavírání vztahuje.Popisuje jednotlivé kroky při uzavírání smlouvy, náležitosti smlouvy, formální stránku smlouvy a obsahuje judikaturu, která se uzavírání smluv týká.
Abstract:
The aim of the bachelor´s work was to describe a procedure during trade contractions. The work explains a term “trade contract” and determines a legal form which refers to the contract. It also describes single steps requiring for trade contracts, its terms, formal aspects and jurisdiction that deals with the contract.
