Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce na téma „Analýza klientských nákladů bankovních a karetních služeb“ pojednává o srovnání výše nákladů za operace s běžným účtem a používáním karetních služeb u největších bank v České republice a Velké Británii. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí teoretické a praktické. V teoretické části nalezneme základní pojmy, popis bankovních produktů a poplatků za bankovní služby. V praktické části jsou analýzy zabývající se rozborem nákladů. Cílem práce je poukázat na míru finančního zatížení českých a anglických klientů využívajících služeb bank ve své zemi.

Abstract:

This bachelor work is focused on the theme: Analysis of clients costs of the banking and cards services in the Czech Republic and the United Kingdom. It is concerning to the comparasion of the cost for the managing the current bank account and using the card services in the strongest banks in the Czech Republic and United Kingdom. Bachelor work is divided in two parts, first one is a teoretical part and second one is a practical part. In the teoretical part we can find theses, description of the banks products and fees for the banking and in the practical part we can find analyses concerning the study of the costs. Object of the bachelor work is to review the size of the financial costs of the Czech and British clients using the bank service in their country.
