Práce se zaměřuje na činnost Oblastního muzea v Děčíně na poli tvorby sbírky a následné péče o ní. Na začátku se zabývá stručnou historií muzea, především se zaměřením na danou problematiku, poté představuje sbírku muzea a vlastní sbírkotvornou činnost posledních 15 let. The bachelor work describes activities of regional museum in Děčín (Oblastní muzeum v Děčíně) according to creating of collections and the care of collections. At the beginning of the graduation work there is a short history of the museum. Then the collections and some collection work in last fifteen years are mentioned.
