Práce je zaměřena na krizové řízení v období ekonomické recese ve vybraném hotelu. V teoretické části práce popisuji hospodářskou krizi, která je jednou z ohrožujících faktorů působících na hotel. Work is focused on crisis management during the economic recession in the selected hotel. The theoretical part describes the economic crisis which is threatening one of the factors affecting the hotel. Then i focus on the causes of the crisis scenarios and plans, which are an essential part of company management in a crisis.
