Abstract:

The subject of the thesis is the financial management of assets and money resources. The first chapter focuses on the definition and basic characteristics of business functions. Describes closer corporate structure and its basic components. The second part is described in more detail the financial management of assets and money resources and methods of its application in practice. The third chapter evaluates the financial management of assets and money resources in selected Businesses SR. Describes the operation of the business entity and shows how its implementation in the area of financial management. From the data determines the causes of the current economic state of the business entity. In conclusion creates a draft of the measures that would be beneficial to the improvement of the current economic condition of the company.

Abstract:

Predmetom diplomovej práce je finančný manažment pohľadávok a peňažných prostriedkov podniku. Prvá kapitola je zameraná na vymedzenie a základnú charakteristiku podnikových funkcií. Popisuje užšiu majetkovú štruktúru podniku a jej základné zložky. V druhej časti je podrobnejšie opísané finančné riadenie pohľadávok a peňažných prostriedkov podniku a spôsoby jeho aplikácie v praxi. Tretia kapitola zhodnocuje finančný manažment pohľadávok a peňažných prostriedkov podniku vo vybranom ekonomickom subjekte SR. Popisuje fungovanie podnikateľského subjektu a zobrazuje spôsoby jeho realizácie v oblasti finančného manažmentu. Z poskytnutých údajov určuje príčiny vzniku momentálneho hospodárskeho stavu podnikateľského subjektu. V závere práce vytvára návrh opatrení, ktoré by boli prospešné k zlepšeniu súčasného hospodárskeho stavu podniku.
