Cílem bakalářská práce bylo zhodnocení možnosti využití metody rentgenové fluorescence při hodnocení obsahu prvků v matricích obohacených organickou hmotou. V rešeršní části byly popsány základní principy metody a také uvedeny oblasti, kde se metoda úspěšně využívá. Součástí rešerše je také základní charakteristika uhelné hmoty a pigmentů. The aim of the bachelor thesis was to evaluate the possibility of using the X-ray fluorescence method in evaluating the content of elements in matrices enriched with organic matter. In the research part, the basic principles of the method were described together with the areas where the method is successfully used.
