Zámerom tejto práce je analyzovať pomerne rozsiahlu problematiku podielového spoluvlastníctva a vymedziť inštitút podielového spoluvlastníctva podľa súčasnej právnej úpravy. Práca je zameraná na podrobný rozbor jednotlivých častí pojmu podielové spoluvlastníctvo, ktoré je jednou z foriem vlastníckeho práva.
