Abstract:
This diploma thesis analyses the possibilities of business appraisals in the insolvency proceeding according to Czech and Slovak legislation. It also includes a practical part, where the comparison between appraisals by Czech and Slovak valuation standards is provided.
Abstract:
Diplomová práca sa zaoberá analýzou právnych možností oceňovania podniku ako celku v insolvenčnom konaní podľa platnej českej a slovenskej legislatívy. Súčasťou je aj praktická časť, v ktorej je porovnané ocenenie konkrétneho podniku v insolvencii podľa českých a slovenských oceňovacích štandardov.
