Tato diplomová práce se zabývá analýzou rozhodování manažerů na různých úrovních řízení a způsob, jak vedoucí pracovníci motivují své podřízené, ale i sebe samotné. Na teoretické úrovni je popsán rozhodovací proces, chyby, kterých se manažeři dopouští, odlišnost rozhodování podle úrovní řízení, teoretický rámec motivace i behaviorálního managementu. This thesis analyses managers' decisions at different levels of management and the way how managers motivate their subordinates, but also themselves. The theoretical level describes the decision-making process, the mistakes made by managers, the difference in decision-making according to management levels, the theoretical framework of motivation and behavioral management.
