The "Note" as a Form of Record in the Land Register
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce vysvětluje význam poznámky v katastru nemovitostí a identifikuje případné problémy, které v souvislosti s jejím zápisem mohou nastat. Zabývá se platnou právní úpravou poznámky, jednotlivými typy a jejich významem.
Abstract:
This bachelor work tries to explain the term of note and to identify possible problems, that could be found during the process of entering facts in the land registry. There is also analysed the legal form of a note, respective types of notes and their importance.
