Methodology of accounting documents processing in Foxconn CZ, Ltd

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou zpracování účetních dokumentů ve společnosti Foxconn CZ, s.r.o. se zaměřením na materiálové faktury. Cílem této práce je na základě analýzy současné metodiky zpracování účetních dokumentů navrhnout možná řešení v oblasti zrychlení a automatizace procesu likvidace účetních dokumentů, která povedou ke zlepšení stávající situace a zejména ke snížení mzdových nákladů. První část je věnována obecným záležitostem, jako je legislativa účetnictví, oběh účetních dokumentů, způsob jejich archivace i jejich náležitosti. V další části je provedena podrobná analýza zpracování účetních dokumentů ve společnosti Foxconn CZ, s.r.o. V závěrečné části je pak zhodnocen současný stav a navrženy možnosti zlepšení.

Abstract:

The bachelor work deals with the problems of accounting documents processing incompany Foxconn CZ, Ltd, it is focused especially on material invoices. The aim of this work is to propose possible solutions in the area of automatization and improvement of the accounting documents liquidation to get better the actual situation and to decrease the salary costs on the basis of the analysis of the methodology of accounting documents processing. The first part describes general terms as accountancy law, document flow, the way of archiving and terms of accounting documents. The next part contains detailed analysis of accounting documents processing in company Foxconn CZ, Ltd. The closing part evaluates actual situation and suggests possibilities of the improvement.
