Design of detached house with a business premises

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se věnuje návrhu dřevostavby rodinného domu s komerčním prostorem, určeným pro drobné podnikání. Prostor pro bydlení je řešen jako jednogenerační, určený pro čtyř až pětičlennou rodinu. Nedílnou součástí práce je potřebná technická dokumentace, sestávající z výkresové a textové části, která se věnuje jednotlivým konstrukčním řešením a technickému vybavení stavby, průkazu energetické náročnosti budovy, včetně posouzení konstrukcí z hlediska součinitele prostupu tepla. Vhodným doplněním práce je kompletní studie s posudkem na oslunění a denní osvětlení rodinného domu samotného i okolní zástavby.

Abstract:

Diploma thesis devotes to design of detached house with a commercial space, made for business. Living area is solved as single-family house, for four, five-member family. Integral part of thesis is a design documentation consisting of drawings and text part, which is devoting to individual structural properties, technical amenities, energy performance certificate with a thermal assessment of structural design. Specialization of thesis is the daylighting, sunlight and insolation study of designed house and surrounding buildings.
