Abstract:
V předložené práci jsem studoval tenké vrstvy látek nanesených plazmovou tužkou na skleněný substrát. Zkoumal jsem změny vlastností vrstev v závislosti na změnách různých parametrů experimentu – geometrické uspořádání a nastavení aparatury. Abstract:
In the present work I study deposition of thin films by plasma pencil on the glass substrate. I investigate changes in options of films in dependence on changes in different parametres of experiment - geometric configuration and other options used in experiments with the same device.
