Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá problémy, které doprovázejí správu místního poplatku za komunální odpad.V analyticko-praktické části popisuje a hodnotí zavedení místního poplatku ve městě Břeclavi za období 2002 až 2013. Zaměřuje se na analýzu postupů při správě a vymáhání poplatku,identifikuje problematická místa a předkládá návrhy ke zlepšení.

The baccalaureate thesis is concerned with problems, which are following the control process of extortion of local municipal fees. In analytical – practical is described and rated the application of waste fees in the city Břeclav in the period of 2002 – 2013.
