Tato bakalářská práce řeší mzdový systém ve společnosti Slovácké strojírny, a.s. Cílem bylo zhodnotit mzdový systém vybrané společnosti. Teoretická část bakalářské práce se zaměřuje na základní pojmy ve mzdové problematice. Zmiňuji zde pracovněprávní vztahy, výpočet mezd, účtování mezd a zaměstnanecké benefity. This thesis deals with the wage system in a company Slovacke strojirny, a.s. Objective of the thesis is to evaluate the wage system in a selected company. The theoretical part of the thesis is focused on the basic concepts of wages issues. I mention here labour law relations, wage calculation, wage accounting and employee benefits.
