High school graduates´opinions on socially oriented behaviour

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá názory žáků maturitních ročníků na 10 oblastí prosociálního chování podle R. R. Olivara, kterými by se měla vyznačovat prosociální osobnost. Práce se skládá z teoretické části a empirické části. V teoretické části se seznámíme s pojmem prosociální chování, definovaným některými autory, s posledními provedenými a publikovanými výzkumy v této oblasti v České republice, dále s jednotlivými oblastmi prosociálního chování teoretického modelu španělského psychologa Roberta Roche Olivara a nakonec si okrajově přiblížíme vývojové úkoly a jiné změny, které jsou z pohledu některých autorů nejvýznamnější a s nimiž se žáci maturitních ročníků musí vypořádat. Empirická část se zabývá předvýzkumem, který byl uskutečněn dotazníkovou metodou se žáky maturitních ročníků na nejmenované střední odborné škole a gymnáziu. V závěru empirické části jsou představeny zjištěné výsledky, znázorněny za pomocí grafů a jejich interpretace.

Abstract:

This thesis deals with the high school graduates´ opinions on 10 areas of socially oriented behaviour divided by R. R. Olivar, according to which a prosocial personality needs to be characterized. The thesis consists of a theoretical and an empirical part. The concept of prosocial behaviour defined by some of the originators is introduced in the theoretical part. Then the latest researches in this field accomplished and published in the Czech Republic are mentioned and besides that, this part presents particular fields of prosocial behaviour based on theoretical model of a Spanish psychologist Robert Roche Olivar. Finally developmental tasks and other changes ? viewed as the most important by several authors dealing with the topic and which the graduates need to cope with ? are mentioned. The empirical part deals with the initial survey implemented by questioning high school graduates from unspecified high school. Results are demonstrated, graphically illustrated and interpreted in the conclusion of this paper.
