The Analysis of Hungarian Banking Market of Deposits

Abstract:

The topic of my dissertation is the usage of bank deposits moreover the marketing aspects of their usage what is unavoidable for a compatible financial institution. The principal thesis of my work is the comparaison of bank deposits, paying prominent attention from the two specialised credit institutions to the sold products of Fundamenta Lakáskassza Zrt. The introductory part of my dissertation introduces the story of financial institutions and their operation moreover focusing on certain milestones about the knowledges about usage of money. I detailedly introduces the operation of present Hungarian financial market. I try to introduce the multicoloured banking services, and the possibility of how can we serve the satisfaction of wide range consumer needs. The inflation, the fast flow of deposit information and rapid growth of amounts means challange for the participants of economical life. So I have processed over the bank deposit placing possibilities the inflation factors and credits as well. Using services provided by banks both is business life and in the area of marketing is still at an early stage, what has several reasons. I think here in our homeland cosidering the citisens just a few people know the whole scale of topic. Using bank deposits do not naturally belong to a household. The lack of solvent request is a determining factor as well. I do consider to remark that derive from the topic of dissertation I used the traditional processing of resources. I gained part of my knowledges from daily newspapers and by using of Internet and I was constructing on the experiences of my everyday job.

Abstract:

Témou mojej bakalárskej práce je použitie bankových vkladov, respektíve použitie marketingových aspektov, ktoré sú pre jednu konkurencieschopnú finančnú inštitúciu nutné. Základnou tézou mojej práce : porovnávanie bankových vkladov, pozornosť zamerajúc na z dvoch špecializovaných úverových inštitúcií, na produkty Fundamenta Lakáskassza Zrt. Úvodná časť práce predostiera históriu finančných inštitúcií, fungovanie, respektíve vyzdvihnutím jednotlivých medzníkov, poznatky súvisiace s používaním peňazí. Do detailov predstavím momentálne fungovanie maďarského trhu. Pokúsim sa predstaviť širokospektrálne bankové služby, ako aj ich možnosti, ako by sme ich mohli nastaviť tak, aby v čo najširšej miere mohli vyhovieť požiadavkám zákazníkov. Ekonomické subjekty inflácia postavila pred výzvu, a taktiež aj rýchly tok informácií o vkladoch, a ich rýchly rast. Preto som spracoval okrem možností umiestnenia vkladov aj aspekty inflácie, a taktiež aj úvery. Použitie služieb, ktoré ponúka banka, v obchodnom živote a v oblasti marketingu, je ešte stále v detských topánkach, čo má viacero príčin. V našej vlasti, pokiaľ ide o obyvateľstvo, málo pozná širokospektrálnosť celkovej témy. Aplikácia vkladov ešte nie je prirodzenou súčasťou jednej domácnosti. Určujúcim faktom je taktiež aj nedostatok efektívneho dopytu. Za dôležité považujem podotknúť, že som z témy svojej práce použil spracovanie tradičných zdrojov. Jednu časť mojich vedomostí som získaval z publikácií dennej tlače, z Internetu, respektíve som sa zameral na svoje každodenné skúsenosti.
