Tato práce identifikuje, jaká část nakupujících na e-shopech, preferující alternativní doručení, nevyužívá výdejní box nebo ho využívá sporadicky. This work identifies what part of e-shop shoppers, preferring alternative delivery, do not use the delivery box or use it sporadically. It further focuses on what are the causes of this condition.
