Trade Management in the Construction Company

Abstract:

Diplomová práce „Řízení obchodu ve stavební společnosti“ je zaměřená na proces a strukturu řízení obchodního případu a na efektivnost jednotlivých kroků tohoto řízení. V teoretické části je charakterizován kontext obchodu v prostředí českého stavebního trhu, role obchodníka a návaznost na systém motivace a odměňování. Teoretické poznatky jsou dále implementovány do praxe, která je demonstrována na příkladu konkrétního podniku podnikajícího v oboru revitalizací bytových domů. V praktické části práce je proveden rozbor obchodního postupu, z kterého vyplývá neefektivnost jednotlivých kroků, z nichž největší zjištěnou komplikací je přílišná fluktuace zaměstnanců a nadměrný reporting. Hlavním cílem práce je navržení činností, které povedou k optimalizaci a zefektivnění celého procesu.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis “Trade Management in the Construction Company” is focusing on the process and structure of a business case and the efficiency of each step in competitive tendering. The theoretical part attempts to describe the context of business in Czech construction market environment, the role of a businessman in connection with the motivation and reward system. The theoretical notes are in the next step implemented in practice which is demonstrated on the example of the concrete revitalization building company. In the practical part of the thesis there is an analysis of the business process illustrating the inefficiency of all steps in which the worst complication is based on too high fluctuation of employees and excessive reporting. The main goal of this thesis is to suggest the process of activities which will lead to optimization and improving the efficiency of the whole process.
