Cílem této diplomové práce je na základě strategické analýzy zjistit možnosti a aktuální stav podniku MS KART s.r.o. a formulovat strategická doporučení. Ve strategické analýze jsou využity standardní metody této analýzy. Abstract:
The aim of this thesis is to find out possibilities and current position of the company MS KART s.r.o. and formulate strategic recommendations. This is based on strategic analysis. Strategic analysis uses standard methods of this analysis.
