Obsahem této práce je analýza frikcí pracovního trhu české ekonomiky na základě odhadnutého RBC modelu. Cílem práce je analyzovat chování pracovních frikcí v průběhu ekonomického cyklu. This thesis deals with analysis of labour market frictions of Czech economy based on estimated RBC model. The question of interest is how do the labour market frictions behave during business cycle.
