Limitation and Prescription in Commercial Law
Abstract:
Náplní bakalářské práce je porovnání a vysvětlení institutu promlčení a prekluze v obchodním právu, počínaje prvními historickými právními kodexy, pozicí a síly v právních systémech, se zaměřením na právní skutečnosti a události, konče srovnáním institutu promlčení a prekluze ve vztahu k občanskému a obchodnímu zákonu.
Abstract:
Thesis is the comparison and explanation Institute of limitation and prescription periods in commercial law, beginning with the first historical legal codes, position and power in the legal system, focusing on the legal facts and events, ending with a comparison Insti-tute of limitation and prescription periods in relation to civil and commercial law.
