Abstract:

Předložená diplomová práce je zaměřena na procesní mapu, procesy a jejich softwarovou podporu. Hlavním cílem práce je tvorba procesní mapy a detailní zmapování konkrétních procesů společnosti s podporou podnikového informačního systému. Dalším cílem práce je analýza prostředí firmy a zpracování tematiky procesního řízení. První tři kapitoly jsou věnované tematice procesů, procesního řízení, mapování procesů a podnikovým informačním systémům z teoretického hlediska na základě odborné literatury. Od čtvrté kapitoly se práce zabývá představením společnosti, představením informačního systému podniku, analýzami prostředí podniku, vytvořením procesní mapy a zmapováním procesů na základě metodiky ARIS s návazností na využití informačního systému v procesech.

Abstract:

Presented diploma thesis is focused on the process map, processes and their software support. The main goal of this work is to create a process map and a detailed mapping of specific processes of the company with the support of a corporate information system. Another goal of the work is the analysis of the company's environment and the elaboration of the topic of process management. The first three chapters are devoted to the topic of processes, process management, process mapping and enterprise information systems from a theoretical point of view based on the expert literature. From the fourth chapter, the work deals with the introduction of the company, the introduction of the company's information system, analysis of the company's environment, creating a process map and mapping processes based on the ARIS methodology in connection with the use of the information system in processes.
