V teoretické části bakalářské práce jsem se zabývala komplexní procedurou vysocedávkované chemoterapie s autologní transplantací štěpu krvetvorných buněk se zaměřením především na vlastní aplikaci štěpu kryokonzervovaných krvetvorných buněk a jejími komplikacemi. Abstract:
Theoretical part of the thesis is dedicated to the complex procedure of high-dose therapy and autologous transplantation of the graft of the hematopoietic cells. I focus on the specific procedure of the infusion of graft of cryoconserved stem cells and concomitant side effects.
